Ozone therapy is used in treating chronic pain and inflammation, arthritis, bacterial and viral infections, revascularisation, as an adjuvant in cancer study, cosmetology and dermatology, as well as in autoimmune disorders. A wide range of ozone-compatible accessories are essential for safe and effective clinical administration. All accessories listed here are CE certified and India's only exporter to Europe.
Ozone Protection Mask
Ozone can never be inhaled at therapeutic concentrations — it can cause severe lung damage. During insufflation procedures such as rectal, vaginal, and ear insufflation, a certain amount of ozone can escape from around the catheter or applicator. It is therefore mandatory for the treating doctor and nursing staff to wear an ozone protection mask at all times during the procedure.
Our patent-pending mask incorporates a two-layer activated charcoal filter which safely adsorbs any escaping ozone. The mask provides an airtight seal over the nose and mouth and is comfortable for extended clinical use.
Stainless Steel Ozone Destroyers
The exiting ozone gas from the patient during rectal, vaginal, or ear insufflation must be passed through an ozone destroyer before it enters the room air. Ozone at higher concentrations is highly toxic to the lungs — this is not negotiable for patient and staff safety.
Our destroyers are made from 100% stainless steel — the best ozone-compatible metal available — and are filled with food-grade activated charcoal and magnesium dioxide (MgO₂). This combination chemically neutralises the ozone into harmless oxygen and CO₂ with near 100% efficiency. The destroyer can be recharged with fresh charcoal and is autoclavable.
Stainless Steel Diffusers
An ozone diffuser ensures uniform distribution of ozone through the liquid medium — whether water, saline, or oil. Our diffusers are made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel with a sintered stone tip that produces micro-bubbles for maximum ozone dissolution. They are autoclavable and reusable, providing long-lasting clinical quality.
We recommend maintaining two separate sets of diffusers — one set for OPD procedures and a sterilised set for OT/intravenous use. This prevents cross-contamination and maintains the highest hygiene standards.
Ozone MAHT Kit — with SS 316L Diffuser
Major Autohaemotherapy (MAHT) is a procedure where blood is drawn from the patient's vein into a closed vacuum bottle, enriched with ozone at therapeutic concentrations (typically 100 μg/ml), and reintroduced intravenously. Our MAHT bottles are the world's first 200ml MAHT bottles with 96% vacuum and fitted with a permanently integrated SS 316L diffuser — ensuring direct ozone bubbling into blood for maximum therapeutic effect.
Each kit includes: latex-free transfusion sets, syringes, bivalves, SS 316L diffuser, and safe packaging. Suitable for treatment of autoimmune disorders, malignancies, post-chemotherapy toxicity, and chronic infections.

Vaginal Insufflation Kit
The vaginal insufflation kit is used for direct ozone administration to treat gynaecological conditions including chronic infections, HPV, cervical erosion, and inflammatory pelvic disease. The applicators are made from highly ozone-compatible material — resistant to the oxidising action of ozone — and are washable and reusable for clinical cost efficiency.
The kit includes two 1-metre silicone tubes (inlet and outlet), the insufflation applicator, and connection fittings. Always use in conjunction with an ozone destroyer connected to the outlet tube.
Silicon Tubings
Standard PVC and rubber tubing degrades rapidly when in contact with ozone and releases toxic plasticisers and oxidation by-products into the gas stream. Our high-grade platinum-cured silicone tubing is specifically selected for ozone compatibility — it maintains integrity and flexibility even at high ozone concentrations and across repeated sterilisation cycles.
Suitable for connecting ozone generators to diffusers, insufflation catheters, MAHT sets, and all ancillary ozone delivery circuits.
Ozone Flow Regulator
Precise control of ozone flow rate is critical for achieving reproducible therapeutic concentrations. Standard oxygen regulators are incompatible with ozone — the rubber seals and plastic internals degrade within hours of exposure. Our special-grade flow regulator is built entirely from ozone-resistant materials with up to 1/32 litre precision capacity.
This regulator is designed to work directly with our ozone generators and is compatible with standard medical oxygen cylinders, allowing repeatable dose delivery for all clinical protocols.
Ozone Compatible Syringes (Latex-Free)
All syringes used in ozone therapy must be latex-free and made from ozone-stable polypropylene. Latex and standard rubber plunger tips react with ozone, contaminating the gas and degrading the syringe. Our latex-free syringes are specially selected for ozone compatibility and are available in three sizes for different clinical protocols.

Intradiskal Ozone Needle
A precision 250mm spinal needle designed for intradiskal and paravertebral ozone injections. Used in the treatment of prolapsed intervertebral discs (PIVD), disc herniation, and degenerative disc disease. The needle's length allows guided access to the lumbar and cervical discs under fluoroscopic or CT guidance.
Made from surgical stainless steel with an echogenic tip for ultrasound visibility. Single use, individually packed in sterile blister packaging.
