About Major Auto-Haemotherapy
Major Autohaemotherapy (MAHT) is one of the most clinically validated ozone therapy protocols. In this procedure, a measured volume of blood (typically 100–200 ml) is withdrawn from the patient's vein into a closed vacuum glass bottle. Medical-grade ozone at a therapeutic concentration of 100 micrograms/ml is then bubbled directly through the blood using a stainless steel 316L diffuser. The ozonised blood is then re-infused intravenously over 20–30 minutes.
The IAOS MAHT bottles are the world's first 200ml MAHT bottles with 96% vacuum, ensuring the correct blood draw volume without any external pressure. The integrated SS 316L diffuser provides uniform micro-bubble ozone distribution throughout the blood volume, maximising the therapeutic effect.
